Q. How do you get the images onto the products?
A. We use a process called "Sublimation", where a special ink
is dyed into the product. There is no "heat transfer" where
you can feel anything on the products. A blank shirt feels
exactly the same as a sublimated shirt!
Q. How do I get my photos to you?
A. You can email us your digital photos. The higher
quality the file, the better your image will come out. We
suggest at least 96 dpi and 4"x6" size. You can also mail us
your actual photos, and we will return them with your order!
Q. How do I get my order?
A. For local orders (Antioch, CA area), we can arrange pick-up
of your order. All other orders will be shipped, and you will be
quoted the shipping cost before you confirm your order. Most
small orders are shipped within 1-2 business days! Larger
orders production times may vary...please email
us for a production time estimate.
Q. Which shipping option should I choose? A.
If you need your order within the next couple days, please contact
us to make sure we have the item in stock, and to choose the correct
shipping option. Express
mail is either a 1 or 2 day guaranteed delivery time, but please
remember that we have to make the order before it can be
shipped.
Priority mail is an estimated 2-3 day delivery through the post
office, but they do not guarantee the delivery time. Priority
mail is typically a quick delivery, but on occasions, the post
office can take much longer than the estimated delivery time Fedex
Ground shipping takes 1-5 business days depending on your

ground shipping is quite reliable in terms of delivery time.
Q. Why didn't I find you before I paid twice as much at the
mall for low quality products?
