We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, cashiers checks, money orders, and personal checks. Credit card orders will show on your bill as "ABC Gifts and Awards". Your order will be shipped shortly after receiving payment! (Out of area personal checks require a 10 day waiting period before shipping).
Most small orders are shipped within 1-2 business days! Larger orders production times may vary...please email us for a production time estimate.
If you need your order within the next couple days, please contact us to make sure we have the item in stock, and to choose the correct shipping option.
Express mail is either a 1 or 2 day guaranteed delivery time, but please remember that we have to make the order before it can be shipped.
Fedex Ground shipping takes 1-5 business days depending on your location. Click here for a delivery time map. From our experience, fedex ground shipping is quite reliable in terms of delivery time.
You can send us your photos via regular mail or email. Digital photos should be at least 96 dpi at a 4"x6" size for best results. We can help you figure out if your photos meet these specifications!
California sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all items shipped within California. Sales tax is not added for any other state.
We accept returns only on items that are not personalized. We must be notified of any returns within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Items damaged in shipping will be replaced. We require a description of the damage to complete the insurance claim. We must be notified of damage within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and a 15% restocking fee will be reduced from the refund amount.
